Utilizing an existing nursery site that had long been abandoned a residential scheme was envisioned to bring the borough much needed new homes. Providing a tenure mix of 2B4P, 3B5P as well as 4B6P accessible units the scheme looked to provide 5 new homes with associated hard and soft landscaping detailed.
