Commissioned to complete a change of use design for an existing office block into residential units. Two options were explored for the new development. The first option was a remodeling of the existing structure utilizing the base layout to form new units across the four story building. The second option was a complete demolition of the existing structure followed by a new build spanning across varying heights to achieve new residentials blocks across the unique site footprint.
