Being approached to provide a new working hub within a Grade II listed building a sensitive approach was taken to inspect the current condition as well as note the defining characteristics of the site. Following an initial inspection proposals were drawn out to both fulfill and exceed the clients brief without hindering the extraordinary identity of the site.
